Denmark, Copenhagen
All of the Scandinavian destinations offer cooler temperatures, and Denmark is no exception with temperatures throughout August never exceeding 22°C. Tallinn, Estonia
Estonia’s Temperature is pleasant at around 20°C, and Tallinn is a perfect choice of city for those looking to avoid the European heat. Unlike many capitals, Tallinn is surprisingly small and can be easily explored on foot. The town is beautiful, with the old town closely resembling a medieval city from a fairy tale. While Russia is often perceived as being very cold, some areas such as St Petersburg are a warm 20°C throughout the summer.
