The low cost carrier Ryanair have in their own worlds “Messed up” holidays for its pilots which has resulted in cancelling 50 flights a day, the airline have warned that as many as 400,000 flights could be axed over the next six weeks because of this huge admin blunder.

Kenny Jacobs, chief marketing officer, said: “We apologise to all affected customers for these cancellations. We have messed up in the planning of pilot holidays and we’re working hard to fix that.” However there was growing anger with Ryanairs customer to publish a full list of flights affected which they have now released. Click here to see the full list of affected flights

A. All affected passengers will receive an email from the airline.

A. Ryanair will offer alternative flights depending on availability or a offer a full refund of the flight cost.

Q. Will I be entitled to compensation?

A. 75% to 80% of passengers will be re-routed free of charge within a day of their expected departure date, compensation of €240 to €400 (£212 to £354) will be paid, depending on the length of the journey.

Q. I have booked through an agent who advertise on the Holiday Discount Centre, what should I do?

A. The agency you booked with will contact you if they receive any email notifications regarding your flight, if you still remain worried call your booking agency who will be happy to answer any questions you have.
