Whether you love karaoke, cabaret or clubbing, when it comes to music, Benidorm has it all.
But where are the best places for live music, you say? We’ve rounded up some of the resort’s top venues where we guarantee will have you tapping your feet on your next visit. And if reading this makes you want to sample the nightlife for yourself, take a look at our latest deals to Benidorm.
Low Festival 2014
Taking place between the 25-27 July, tickets are still available for Low Festival 2014. This year’s line-up is pretty epic too. Editors, Massive Attack and Kaiser Chiefs are just a few of the big name acts playing here this summer. Held at Ciudad Deportiva Guillermo Amor, the festival is in a great position, allowing you to take a break from your holiday and enjoy the many bars, food outlets and of course amazing music here.
Shamrock Pub
Live music has been played at the Shamrock Pub for over a decade now making it one of the best places to be for an evening in Benidorm. You’ll be able to sing along to your favourite songs every night of the week here with music to suit every taste, from folk to pop ballads. As the name suggests, the Shamrock Pub is an Irish themed bar so expect a lively atmosphere and plenty of good craic.
Jail Rock
If rock ‘n’ roll is more your thing, you’ll probably want to spend most of your evenings in Jail Rock – a rock ‘n’ roll bar with a 1950s decor. You’ll find the bar along the popular Strip – the heart of Benidorm’s famous nightlife, so get your air guitar out and strum along to songs by the likes of The Eagles, The Jam and Oasis and various other tribute acts.
Rockstar
For another lively night out, Rockstar is a fantastic live music venue at any time of year, easily recognisable by the massive guitar that sits on the roof outside. As well as a wide selection of tribute acts, concerts are often held here too with a capacity for 500 people, with many different artists performing here throughout the year, making it a must-visit place for music lovers.
Iberia Festival
Taking place on the 19-20 September, the Iberia Festival is a fantastic celebration of Spanish Pop-Rock. Located just a short 15-minute walk (or a five minute taxi ride) away from the main Strip in the resort, eight Spanish acts have already been lined up to perform at the festival this year with prices starting from €25 per person.
Which one would you be most likely to go to? Have we missed any out? Let us know!
